What if I keep the power bank?
If it has not been returned by the end of the grace period, the MAD 600 is captured as its purchase price. The rental package remains paid: MAD 620 in total for the default offer. Reported incidents are reviewed by support.

Tell us about your venueIs the deposit charged immediately?
No. MAD 600 is authorized separately from the rental package. It is captured only if the power bank is not returned by the end of the package and grace period, subject to incident review.
Will I be charged automatically every hour?
No. You pay once for the selected package. It does not renew automatically and no additional hourly fee is added after it expires.
How do I know my power bank was returned?
Insert it into an available slot and wait for confirmation from the station and service. If confirmation is missing, contact support promptly.
Where can I find available stations?
